wedding timeline

9-12 months – in order to ensure that your wedding date is available we recommend that you reserve your day early. wedding weekends are generally full from may through august.

*wedding contract – in order to hold your date, we ask that you fill out our wedding contract and submit a $500 deposit. i will pencil in your date for one week, but need the deposit to finalize your day.

3-6 months - begin thinking about how your wedding day will look. you want to make sure that you ENJOY your wedding, so take the time to plan out the flow of the day. take into account how long it will take you to get ready,the ceremony length, and how long you plan on staying at your reception. feel free to email me for some suggestions

1-2 months – now is the time to sit down with me and run through everything from top to bottom. times, places, and specific picture request should be discussed in order to ensure that everything is documented perfectly for your wedding.

1-2 weeks - your remaing balance is due.

WEDDING DAY- ENJOY YOURSELF!

3-6 weeks (depending on the season) – your images will be available to view on our website. simply go to the wedding proofing section and type in the brides last name. you will be able to see 125-200 of our favorite pictures.

5-7 weeks- look for your picture cd and  proofs to arrive in the mail.

3-6 months- if you are interested in purchasing one of our kiss books, begin to pick out your favorite images. the design, ordering, and shipping process for each album is around 2 months.

6-9 months- your album can be in your hands as quickly 6 months from your wedding depending upon how soon you select your pictures and the number of re-edits. some people, however choose wait a few months after the wedding to settle into life before starting the album process.
